Healthy Families NZ has 11 teams across ten localities embedded in a range of lead providers including, Iwi, Whānau Ora, Local Government, Regional Sports Trusts and Pacific Social Change organisations.

Healthy Families Whanganui, Rangitīkei, Ruapehu is situated in Whanganui and works within lead provider organisation, Te Oranganui Trust. Te Oranganui is an iwi governed organisation that was established in 1993 to improve access and service delivery of health services to Māori in the Whanganui Region. ​

Our goal is for all New Zealanders to enjoy health promoting social and physical environments that enable healthy food and physical activity choices, being smokefree, drinking alcohol only in moderation and increasing mental health, resilience and wellbeing.
